The objectives of this project are to create a variety of activities that complement each other and produce a sustainable system, independent and self sufficient, where simple healthy living can induce peace of mind and body. A place for recharging ones energies, for introspection and regain one’s bearings for one’s own benefit and for the benefit of others.
Agriculture, animal systems, permaculture and Dharma teachings all contribute for creating this integrated environment where nature rinses our body and clears our minds.

 How to get there...
Once you arrive at Madeira Island' airport, you head for Estreito de Cãmara de Lobos. From there you continue up towards Boca da Corrida. where you can see the marvelous view over the valley of Curral das Freiras, Next to the Forestry Guards House you will see a rough track with a sign 'Montado dos Aviceiros' (2 km). Buses go as far as Corrida, the rest you must walk. Taxis will take you up to the Forestry Guards House at Boca da Corrida. Then you must walk the 2 km track up to Montado dos Aviceiros.
